Bryan is Founder and CEO of Ibotta, Inc., a technology company that is revolutionizing the way that consumers use their mobile devices before and during shopping. Ibotta is the third most widely used shopping app in the US and helps influence billions of dollars of in-store sales annually. Ibotta’s users have viewed offers 1 billion times and earned $3.5 million in cash rewards. Bryan was previously a partner at the law firm of Bartlit Beck Herman Palenchar & Scott LLP, in Denver, Colorado. As a lawyer, he specialized in international arbitration and dispute resolution, and handled trials and arbitrations in London, New York, Seattle, and San Francisco. After leaving Yale Law School, Bryan served as a judicial law clerk for Judge Jose Cabranes in New Haven and Justice David Souter at the United States Supreme Court. Bryan serves on the Boards of the Association of Marshall Scholars and the Grafton Street Fund, a donor-advised fund that directs charitable contributions to nonprofit organizations in developing countries.
