Innovation Adviser; Co-founder
Hugh Morrow advises a portfolio of for-profit and non-profit organizations that are committed to growth, innovation and impact. He is most interested in the interaction of information technology, organizational behavior, and corporate strategy. His long-term ambition is to bring management capabilities in the social economy to at least the level found in the private sector. He sits on the board of an Australian public company (IPGA) and the boards of the Australian Scholarships Foundation, the Australian Social Innovation Exchange, and the Stanford Australia Alumni Foundation. Morrow has worked for a global strategy consulting firm, held senior roles within one of Australia’s largest companies, and has taken a high-tech business from concept to commercial success. He developed Australia’s first postgraduate course on social entrepreneurship and developed an active research program as Adjunct Professor at Macquarie University.
