Sandra Breka is Senior Vice President of the Robert Bosch Stiftung Foundation, the charitable and philanthropic arm of a private company active in the areas of health, science and research, education, active citizenship, and international understanding and cooperation. In this position, she serves as Head of the Berlin Representative Office and heads liaisons with private and public partners of the foundation in Berlin. Her portfolio includes international relations programs with outreach to a wide range of countries.
Previously she was responsible for programs focusing on Southeast Europe, Transatlantic Relations, and India, as well as global issues. Before that, Sandra served as Program Director for Southeastern Europe, transatlantic relations, and security issues at the Aspen Institute Berlin after an assignment with the American Council on Germany in New York City. She is affiliated with several international institutions and is a Member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the European Endowment for Democracy.
