Xingzui is Vice President of the China Foundation for Poverty Alleviation, one of the oldest and largest NGOs in China and one of the few working outside the country. He has nearly two decades of experience in rural development. Under his watch, the Foundation grew from small, largely unknown organization to one with an annual revenue of over $200 million - serving over 1.5 million poor and vulnerable people each year. Xingzui also sits on the board of the China Foundation Center, an organization promoting transparency, unity and partnerships in the Chinese NGO sector.
